Prince Edward Island Real Estate Marketing

For my previous employer and current client Century 21 Colonial Realty, I have been developing links for the website for approximately a year.  The website has about 300 incoming links right now which is pretty good considering it had zero when I began, fresh from its launch.  The more incoming links to your website rank higher for Google and other search engines.

To create good quality links you need to have good quality content to go along with them.  This is why it can be extremely time consuming and difficult for many real estate agents and companies to see results.  It takes a lot of time to find where to create links and what to write about.  That is why Top Search Result was created, so real estate agents could outsource this time consuming work and concentrate on making sales with the leads we help bring in.

Anyways, PEI is where I was born and raised and therefore I enjoyed writing about it. I have compiled a short list of content I have created for the purpose of linking and marketing for Century 21 Colonial Realty.

Still Room For Improvement

There is still plenty of things to do to push up C21 Colonial Realty on Google.  I won't give away all my secrets...but one issue has been the lack of blog postings.  The highest number of blog posts in one month has been four for the company website.  I have been doing a poor job of keeping my own blog up to date, so I can't really judge others.  We all have to blog more! The more content the better chance that you will be found for different keywords or variations of PEI real estate.  There lies the power of a real estate blog.
