Website Down - Off And On

The website here has been up and down for the last day as I have been trying to update the Drupal platform that it runs on. That is what happens when you get a business graduate performing technical computer applications. It is no cool when you see this:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 302221 bytes) in /home/topsear1/public_html/includes/cache.inc on line 105.
I'm still working on the fix (thought I had it). I will post it here once I figure it out, so someone else doesn't have too do all the searching I have been doing. Something about "Fatal error:" that makes me cringe.
The error is a back end thing and doesn't effect the performance of the site. So don't worry. I know what the problem is, it's the solution that I have been having problems with.
Anyways back up and running and I have started upgrading my other sites.
