Getting your site high on search engines involves basically two things.
1) Strong content on your site
2) Strong incoming links

The only problem is getting GOOD incoming links to your site is a lot harder than you think...
But since everyone here is all related by real estate you can exchange links if you please. Linking to each other's site is great and is "safer" doing so in a private forum as Google prefers "natural" links and will punish sites in exchanges...especially if you pay for such links.
